The Veritas Complete Sharpening Guide Mk II Ref. 05M0920 is a modular manual sharpening device designed to offer precision and repeatability when maintaining cutting edges. It combines several elements allowing for the positioning and holding of blades and tools on an abrasive surface (waterstone, diamond stone, abrasive belt, etc.).

The set includes:

A standard blade holder with a clamping jaw pressing against the back of the blade;

A blade holder for narrow blades (lateral clamping and self-centering);

A complete angle adjustment jig to configure the sharpening angle and check the squareness;

Two rollers – a straight roller for classic sharpening and a curved brass roller to add a micro-bevel or slightly curve the edge, which improves penetration and reduces the risk of scratching.

The intuitive design with graduated markings and clamping plates allows the tool to be adjusted to a wide range of angles (main bevel and counter bevel angles), while ensuring that the blade remains centered and stable during passage over the abrasive surface.
