Usage & Maintenance

Additional information

Pfeil Swiss-made sharpeners are complementary tools designed for polishing and reshaping metal edges, especially scrapers or fine-profile blades. They are made of mirror-polished Z-steel, which provides a very smooth and durable surface—ideal for burnishing (polishing) edges and refining contours after sharpening.

Each variant has a specific shape:
- Oval sharpener: elongated profile suitable for curved or wider surfaces.
- Round Sharpener: classic circular profile for scrapers of rounded diameter or surfaces.
- Triangular sharpener: three faces for easy access to sharp angles, ideal for specific corners or edges.

The sharpeners are mounted on polished wooden handles (usually cherry or similar), which offer a good grip and excellent feel of control during use.
