The rosette cutter is a specialized hand tool that allows you to cut decorative rosettes and circular patterns in various materials such as wood, veneer, cardboard or leather.

Made in Japan with robust components, it is particularly prized by luthiers and musical instrument makers for its clean cut of rosettes (surrounding the soundboard opening on guitars, lutes, etc.). The adjustable aluminum slide is graduated, making diameter adjustment simple and precise, and the screw-on PVC handle securely locks the position during cutting.

The tool includes a centering point (to correctly position the guide), as well as 4 interchangeable and resharpenable blades, which optimizes the tool's lifespan and maintains high cutting quality.

Thanks to its wide adjustment range (40 → 210 mm), it is suitable for a wide variety of traditional or custom rosettes, but also for other decorative or functional circular cutouts in joinery, marquetry or woodworking.
