The Veritas 05P5801 grooving plane is a small straight deepening plane, intended for making and reworking grooves parallel to the edge of the piece.

Its design allows for consistent guidance thanks to the lateral guide, ensuring a regular groove along its entire length. The depth adjustment allows for precise machining control and gradual groove deepening without overcutting.

This model is an RH (right-handed) version and is modified for use with beading B type profiles, in accordance with the manufacturer's designation.
The plane comes with a blade, allowing immediate use for grooving work.
