The Pyrobarre / Firestick is a manual fire starter inspired by survival and outdoor tools. Its ferrocerium rod, a material that produces sparks at very high temperatures when scraped with a scraper or the back of a knife, allows you to quickly light kindling, twigs or paper, even in bad weather or wet conditions.

Unlike a lighter or matches, this type of tool doesn't rely on fuel or a bright flame: it generates hot, concentrated sparks that easily ignite tinder (dry plant fibers, cotton, dedicated synthetic fibers, etc.). Lightweight and compact, it slips easily into a backpack, garden tool kit, or workshop drawer.
