The Pfeil Swiss-made 8-piece compact tool sets are specially sized for precision wood carving, while remaining versatile enough for moderate material removal. Each tool has a total length of approximately 140 mm, a blade length of ~80 mm, and a handle made of natural oiled cherry wood for a comfortable grip.

The two versions feature a different selection of tools to suit particular carving styles or methods—one focused on certain series of gouges and chisels, the other on other shapes of gouges and burins. All tools are factory-sharpened and designed for durability while remaining resharpenable when needed.
