Instructions for use:
- Before use, lightly moisten the plate with water to facilitate the gliding of the blade.
- Maintain regular and controlled movements to avoid applying too much pressure.
- Clean the plate after use to remove metallic particles.
- Store flat to preserve the integrity of the diamond surface.

The different grain sizes cover all sharpening needs:
- Coarse grain: rapid material removal for very dull blades.
- Medium grain: standard sharpening and edge regeneration.
- Fine grain: refining and improving the cutting edge.
- Very fine grain: finishing and polishing of the cutting edge for a very smooth cut.
