For added comfort, the hand rest can be tilted, allowing the user to find the most comfortable position during use. The blade's curvature can be precisely adjusted and maintained constant throughout use thanks to an adjustment screw.

The high-carbon steel blade's bevel (for a perfect cut) features a 45° angle for easy honing and a clean, precise cut. The blade's tilt is set at 20° forward, the optimal angle for precise scraping.
