The SG-250 replacement grinding wheel is the standard wheel for Tormek sharpeners in 250 mm format. It covers all sharpening needs, from restoring a dull edge to precise preparation before fine finishing.

Its unique feature lies in its adjustable grit size: when used with the Tormek grit adjuster, the grinding wheel surface can be adjusted from a coarse grit (≈220) for rapid material removal to a fine grit (≈1000) for more precise sharpening. This adaptability makes it a central and economical grinding wheel in a complete sharpening process.
