Product care instructions:
- Sharpening: can be resharpened with water stones or adapted to the blade profile (concave for hollow and semi-hollow models). Respect the original curvature and angle of the blade.
- Cleaning: After each use, remove wood chips and residue, then wipe the blade with a dry cloth to remove moisture.
- Protection against oxidation: Apply a thin layer of protective oil (camellia oil or equivalent) to the blade, especially before prolonged storage.
- Storage: Keep the tool in a dry place, away from moisture and impacts. Protect the cutting edge to avoid accidental contact.
- Handle: Regularly check the condition of the wooden handle. Occasional light oiling helps preserve the wood and ensures a good grip over time.
