Product care instructions:
- Cleaning: remove chips and dust after use to preserve the cutting edge.
- Dry: avoid prolonged humidity to limit corrosion of the steel.
- Sharpening: although factory sharpened, the blade can be sharpened; use suitable water stones or abrasives to maintain an optimal edge without altering the original geometry.
- Handle maintenance: if the handle is made of wood, occasionally apply wood oil or wax to preserve comfort and durability.
- Storage: Keep the tool in a dry place or in a cover to prevent oxidation and protect the cutting edge.

The Pfeil Swiss-made adze is a traditional tool used in wood carving, carpentry, or shaping large pieces. Forged from a single piece of high-carbon steel, the head ensures great robustness and, after hardening, excellent edge retention.

The tool comes in two versions:
- Flat blade: designed for working on flat or slightly inclined surfaces, ideal for roughing, drawing plans or quickly removing large chips.
- Hollow blade: allows following concave profiles or curved surfaces, very useful when sculpting organic shapes or for specific hollowing.

The blade is mounted on a natural oiled ash wood handle, ensuring a good grip and prolonged comfort even during intensive use.
