The Veritas 05T1401 and 05T1405 backsaws are designed as a complementary set for the complete production of tenons.

The 05T1401 – wire-tooth blade is designed for cuts along the grain of the wood. It is ideal for cutting tenon cheeks and all fine resawing operations requiring precise control of the cut.

The 05T1405 – cross-grain teeth is optimized for cross-grain cuts, perfect for trimming tenon shoulders and precise workpiece lengthening.
