The metal frame clamp is a clamping accessory used in carpentry or cabinetmaking workshops to secure long pieces (such as panels, doors or crossbars) during finishing or assembly operations.

It consists of two main elements:
- a fixed stop positioned on a drilled block;
- a reinforced cast steel clamping head that moves by means of a clamping screw.

The principle is simple: install a piece of wood (25 mm square) pre-drilled with holes, then adjust the stop and clamping head in these holes to define the closing position suitable for the workpiece. The screw allows you to firmly clamp the workpiece against the fixed stop, thus ensuring a reliable hold during operation.

This set is particularly useful on workbenches equipped with standard holes, offering a quick, repeatable and robust clamping solution without the need for bulky clamps.
