Its short 70mm blade is made of XC100 stainless steel, a steel renowned for its strength, stability, and edge retention. Hardening to 62 Rockwell gives it high hardness, guaranteeing a long sharpening life.

The blade is then mounted on a handle made of Macassar ebony, a dense and aesthetically pleasing wood, carefully polished and securely fixed with brass rivets.
The set offers a balanced, precise and durable tool that is both functional and elegant.
