Extra-large wood chisels are manual cutting tools specially adapted for working with large pieces of wood or requiring significant material removal passes.
They have a blade of significant width (from 40 mm to 90 mm) depending on the variant chosen, allowing efficient work on large surfaces, panels or bulky assemblies.

The blade is made of high-strength steel (HSS), hardened to 64 HRC, guaranteeing excellent edge retention even after repeated use. A steel chip breaker ensures the strength of the working area.

The chisel/handle connection is ensured by a hand-forged metal fitting, covering a hardwood handle, which offers high reliability and comfort of use, even under high pressure.

Although the appearance may seem a little rustic or irregular, these chisels benefit from very good quality steel and solid construction, suitable for carpenters, sculptors or joiners alike.
