The Saku Santoku is a versatile Japanese kitchen knife produced by the Hirotomo Hocho workshop. This range aims to offer an efficient Japanese cutting edge at a competitive price, combining tradition and functionality.
Its 140 mm blade is made using a three-ply rolling process:

a high-carbon steel core for a sharp and precise cutting edge,
surrounded by layers of stainless steel to improve corrosion resistance.
The blade thickness is 1.8 mm, which ensures lightness, precision and maneuverability in daily kitchen tasks.
The handle is made of polished rosewood: ergonomic and pleasant to the touch, it offers a good grip for cutting, mincing, slicing and chopping with comfort.

Two versions are offered:
- with wooden case – comes with a protective sheath,
- without sheath – knife only, for those who prefer a lighter solution or wish to use a personal knife holder.
