With over 70 years of experience, the Japanese brand Silky develops saws renowned for their performance, which far surpasses that of traditional saws. Their key feature lies in their set-free tooth design, resulting in perfectly smooth cutting surfaces, free of saw marks.

This result is made possible by a trapezoidal blade cross-section, thicker at the teeth than at the back. This design guarantees excellent cutting efficiency while eliminating friction between the blade and the wood, thus preventing any risk of jamming despite the absence of a set.

The four-beveled teeth offer high cutting efficiency. Their induction hardening triples their lifespan compared to a conventional saw. The chrome-plated blade provides effective corrosion protection, while the stainless steel metal parts ensure long-lasting durability.

The metal handle covered with a rubberized grip ensures a secure hold, even in wet conditions, while effectively absorbing vibrations for optimal user comfort. The curved blade profile further improves cutting performance, particularly in green or softwood with large teeth, preventing clogging.

The saw comes with a robust belt holster, featuring multiple fastenings and a Teflon roller guide, allowing the saw to be stored without risking damage to the holster from the friction of the teeth.
