This plane can work with the grain, across the grain, or even against it, thanks to the steep 12° angle of its blade. The opening (mouth) under the sole of the plane is adjustable via the brass tab located beneath the front knob. The wide, perfectly proportioned bubinga wood handles ensure comfortable use, even after extended periods.
