The Kuro Higonokami is a folding knife of Japanese origin inspired by Higonokami knives, which were once widely carried by young people in Japan as a versatile everyday tool.
Its "Kuro Hochi" blade is hand-forged, with a typical Japanese slightly curved tang, offering a balance between a clean cut and structural strength. The blade is made of three layers of steel: a carbon steel core surrounded by layers of softer steel, using an ancient Japanese technique, which gives it an excellent edge and great durability.

The knife does not have a classic mechanical locking system; it remains open by the pressure of the forged lever located on the top of the blade, typical of traditional Higonokami formats.

The hammer marks visible on the blade attest to the blacksmith's craftsmanship, giving the object a unique aesthetic and authentic character. The handle is adorned with Japanese motifs and characters on both sides, reinforcing its traditional and cultural aspect.
