Additional information

The jaw harp is a workshop tool designed to precisely cut and adjust grooves, notches, and recesses where a chisel alone would be less consistent. On this large Veritas jaw harp, the depth is adjusted micrometrically to refine the cut and achieve a constant depth.

Its ductile iron body (145 × 90 mm) is machined and ground for stability and flatness suitable for fitting work. The system allows the cutter to be positioned in three configurations (central / lateral / front), convenient for adapting to the geometry of the workpiece and accessing areas close to an edge.

The jaw harp comes with 2 irons of 12.5 mm (one straight and one pointed) as well as a support/guide for resharpening the irons.
