A series of Japanese knives forged by master Hiro Masui, who is himself a wood sculptor and who has succeeded in creating an ideal carving knife. Indeed, aesthetically very accomplished, they are also very ergonomic and the 2-edged blade in forged and hardened Japanese steel at 62 Rockwell offers a superior edge. Riveted handle in Japanese red oak.
